Effective October 24, 2026. This policy covers the History Junkey's Arcade app for Android and iPhone, the web version of the arcade, and the free games on historyjunkeys.store (Time Hook, Legion Run and Era Clash). It is written to be easy to read, including for families.
The short version
- No accounts, no sign-up, no chat, and no way for players to post anything.
- We do not ask for your name, email, location, contacts, photos or any other personal information inside the games or the app.
- Game progress, stars, streaks and settings are saved only on your own device. We never receive them. Deleting the app or clearing the browser's site data deletes them.
- The app does not show ads today and does not track you across other apps or websites.
Daily reminder (optional)
If you turn on the Daily Reminder in the Facts tab, your phone schedules a local notification at 4 pm each day. It is created and stored on your device. No notification token or personal data is sent to us. You can turn it off in the app or in your phone's settings at any time.
Things that come from other services
- YouTube. The Watch tab shows the latest History Junkey's episodes. Video thumbnails and the episode list are loaded from YouTube, and tapping an episode opens YouTube. YouTube's own privacy policy applies there: policies.google.com/privacy.
- Fonts and game files are downloaded from Google Fonts and Shopify's content delivery network on the web version. These services receive standard technical information (such as your IP address) needed to deliver the files.
- The shop. Shop and SOURCE buttons open web pages in a browser. If you buy something at historyjunkeys.store, the store's own privacy policy applies: historyjunkeys.store/policies/privacy-policy.
Children
The games are made for a general audience, including children. Because we do not collect personal information from anyone who plays, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Purchases in the shop are made through the website, not inside the games.
Changes and contact
If we add a feature that changes what is collected (for example, ads), we will update this page and the date at the top before the change goes live. Questions? Reach us through the contact page.
