Refund policy

Refunds, replacements and returns

Every History Junkey's book is printed especially for you when you order it. Because of that, we can't accept returns for change of mind.

Damaged or misprinted books If your book arrives damaged, misprinted, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We'll send a free replacement, or a full refund if you prefer.

Lost orders If your tracking shows no movement for 14 days, or your order hasn't arrived 30 days after it shipped, contact us and we'll help track it down or send a replacement.

Cancellations Printing starts soon after you order. If you need to cancel, contact us as quickly as possible. Once your book has gone to print, we can't cancel it.

Free items Free printables are free, so there's nothing to refund.
